Loved this great hotel with amazingly nice staff at reception desk. We had early check in and the rooms were spacious with bathroom.

Very tidy, well-renovated, all the standard utensils available, proper good supply of hot water. Decent breakfast for this money.

The room was warm and had central heating and a TV. The breakfast offered a wide array of tasty and satisfactory products. The location is very close to metro and tram stations, about a 3-4 minute walk.

The room was spotless and huge, with central heating and a multi-channel television. The beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The location is magnificent and wonderful, just minutes away from a neo-Gothic style church. Additionally, it is close to the U-bahn, tram, metro station, and the Christmas markets.

The location was very convenient. The room met the basic standards. The staff was very friendly.

The room I was given was on a different building than the one where reception was located. The rooms in the second building were on the ground floor, right next to the street, which was quite busy on all ours of the day (and night) making it very difficult to sleep (no to mention impossible to keep a window open).

The hotel is located near the tube station and is easy to reach. It is also in the downtown. The personal is polite, rooms are not spacious but clean and renovated. Breakfast is ok. Daily cleaning. Fresh towels daily. Good value for money.

We stayed in a cozy room in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from Stephan's Church. the room was clean and had a small covered balcony with a lovely view of the cathedral. the staff, although sometimes unavailable at the front desk, were helpful and even provided us with a complimentary kettle. the location was perfect, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was not up to par and we preferred to have breakfast at a nearby cafe.

Good place for short stays like a day or couple. Rooms are really small but clean. Sometimes they can take you to other building that is 50 meters far. Breakfast is normal, nothing special but not good for those who wants to start day earlier, as it opens at 8 am. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Location is main parameter to choose this hotel, as it is almost in city center and metro and trams are close to access.

Lack of reception in other building, so it's really stressful if you have start the day earlier without going to their main building.

The room was not properly cleaned, dust and hairs everywhere. Shower in the bedroom, right near the bed. Quite tight room. No soap or shampoo.

We loved the location of this hotel, very close to the center of the city and near the metro stop. It made it super easy to get around and see all the tourist attractions. The staff was also very professional, kind, and accommodating, especially Peter who helped us with our special requests. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy.

Location was really good because public transport (trams, buses, underground) was near and cheap to travel. The old town was also near and you could just walk there. Personal were kind young people. Ready to help. I can only say: Thank you for a pleasant visiting in Wien.
